SE Seismic Networks

The southeastern region of the US is covered by several networks operated by different institutions. The list of operators as of 2002 is

CNSS Earthquake Catalog

CNSS is the Council of the National Seismic System. The hypocenters and magnitudes for years 1977-2000 are now in the CNSS Composite Earthquake Catalog. The instrumentally located events contributed to this catalog are on this map.

Also available is detailed information, including individual hypocenter locations, magnitude estimates, and all phase data contributed by each SE network operator for any given earthquake.
